Requirements for St. Joseph Parish, Alliance Scholarship
Requirement for being chosen as a qualified family for the scholarship program:

Families and eligible students of both public and private schools must be registered and regularly attend St. Joseph Parish (Alliance) and receive all sacraments.

Children of public schools must regularly attend one of the parish collaborative partnerships-sponsored P.S.R. education programs through grade twelve or as high as offered.

Students and/or their families must submit an application by July 1 and for the ensuing school years in order to be considered by the Financial Advisory Committee.

Students must maintain passing grades; defined as 2.5 GPA, B- or C+, or 75% average, whichever method is used by the school attended and evidenced provided with application.
Two different types of scholarships are available:

Associate, Diploma and Trade Schools - to provide financial assistance up to $500.00 per year per family renewable for up to two (2) years for two (2) qualified families.

Degree Schools - to provide financial assistance up to $1,000.00 per year per family renewable for up to four (4) years for two (2) qualified families.
